Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Amrah.mn (the "Platform"), operated by Amrah LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Amrah.mn you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Mongolian law, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Platform
Amrah.mn is an online marketplace that connects travellers with property hosts offering rural accommodation (ger camps, eco lodges, and similar properties) across Mongolia. We act as an intermediary only — we are not the owner or operator of any listed property and we are not a party to the contract between guest and host.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Bookings
When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to the host. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Amrah.mn. Confirmed bookings constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the host, subject to these Terms and any additional house rules listed by the host.
- Guests must comply with the host's house rules and Mongolian law during their stay.
- The number of guests must not exceed the maximum listed in the property description.
- Check-in and check-out times are set by the host and communicated at confirmation.
5. Payments
All prices are displayed in Mongolian Tögrög (MNT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation through our authorised payment partner (PePay). By submitting payment information you authorise us to charge the total booking amount.
- We use industry-standard encryption for all payment transactions.
- Amrah.mn charges a service fee included in the total price shown at checkout.
- Host payouts are made after the guest's check-in date, less our platform commission.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Each listing displays the host's chosen cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). The applicable policy is shown before you confirm your booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Amrah.mn service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error or the host's fault.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
- Circumvent the Platform by arranging direct bookings with hosts you discovered through Amrah.mn.
- Scrape, copy, or distribute platform content without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, hosts, or Amrah.mn staff.
8. User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content") to the Platform, you grant Amrah.mn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and adapt that content for operating and promoting the Platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Amrah.mn name, logo, design, and all original platform content are the intellectual property of Amrah LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks or proprietary materials without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Mongolian law, Amrah.mn is not liable for:
- The accuracy of property descriptions, photos, or host-provided information.
- Any acts or omissions of hosts or guests during a stay.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from service interruptions.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Amrah.mn in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
