When you sign in to Amrah.mn using Facebook Login, we receive and store certain data from your Facebook account. This page explains exactly what that data is and gives you step-by-step instructions for requesting its permanent deletion.
Facebook requirement: Facebook requires all apps that use Facebook Login to provide a clear data-deletion mechanism. This page fulfils that requirement. You can also initiate deletion directly from your Facebook settings — see Section 2.
1. What We Store from Facebook
When you use "Continue with Facebook" we receive and store only the following fields:
- Name — used to identify you on the platform.
- Email address — used for booking confirmations and account notifications.
- Profile picture URL — displayed in your account and bookings.
- Facebook User ID — used to link your Facebook account to your Amrah.mn account; never exposed publicly.
We do not receive your password, phone number, friends list, posts, or any other Facebook data.
2. Delete via Facebook Settings
You can revoke our access and trigger a data deletion request directly from Facebook without visiting our site:
Open Facebook Settings
Go to facebook.com → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Apps and Websites
In the left sidebar click Apps and Websites.
Find Amrah.mn
Locate Amrah.mn in the list of connected apps and click it.
Remove and Delete
Click Remove, then check the box "Delete all posts, videos and events posted on Facebook by Amrah.mn" and confirm. Facebook will notify us to delete your data.
3. Delete via Your Amrah.mn Account
If you have an active Amrah.mn account you can request deletion directly:
Log in to Amrah.mn
Visit amrah.mn/login and sign in.
Go to Account Settings
Click your name in the top navigation and select Settings.
Request Account Deletion
Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click "Delete my account and all data". Confirm the action.
4. Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to your account, you can request deletion by emailing us directly. Include:
- The email address associated with your Amrah.mn / Facebook account.
- Your full name as it appears on your Facebook profile.
- A brief note that you are requesting complete data deletion.

5. What Happens After Your Request
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- Your personal data (name, email, profile picture, Facebook ID) will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
- Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to log in.
6. Data We Are Required to Retain
Certain records cannot be deleted immediately due to legal obligations under Mongolian law:
- Completed booking and payment records — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. These records are anonymised (your name and email are removed; only a transaction reference and amount remain).
- Fraud prevention logs — minimal identifiers may be retained for up to 12 months where required to investigate or prevent abuse.
All other personal data is permanently deleted with no recovery possible.
